1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

• You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, and returned in their original packaging.

• If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, you are eligible for an exchange or full refund, provided you share a clear unboxing video showing:

  • the sealed package being opened

  • the issue with the item (e.g., incorrect, damaged, or defective)

  • the visible shipping label on the package
    This unboxing video is mandatory for all such claims.

• Each product is eligible for return or exchange only once.

•  If you're exchanging an item for one of higher value, you’ll be asked to pay the price difference. If the new item is of lower value, we will refund the balance.  

• Products purchased during sale offers or via gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

• International orders (i.e., orders placed for delivery outside India) are not eligible for return. They are only eligible for exchange, and the customer must bear all shipping charges involved in sending and receiving the exchanged item.

• Refunds and exchanges are only initiated after the returned item is received and quality-checked.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

1. Fill out the Return or Exchange Form available on our website under the Returns & Exchanges section. You can also click here to open the Return and Exchange Form.

2. Provide your order number, email address, and details of the item(s) along with the reason for return or exchange.

3. Submit your request within 3 days of delivery.

4. Our team will reach out to you within 1 business day with further instructions.

3. Return & Exchange Shipping Costs:​

• Domestic exchanges: For exchanges within India, customers are requested to ship the product to our official address (after receiving exchange approval from our team). Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly dispatch the replacement product.

  Please ensure that the package includes a note mentioning your Order Number and Return ID for smooth processing.

• International Returns: International orders (outside India) are not eligible for returns. However, they are eligible for exchange, with all associated shipping costs to be borne by the customer.

• International Exchanges : They are eligible for exchange, and the customer must bear all shipping charges involved in sending and receiving the exchanged item.

4. Refund Processing:

• Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

• Approved refunds are issued in one of the following ways:

  • To your original payment method, or

  • As store credit (e-gift card), if preferred or requested

• Refunds are typically completed within 24 hours of approval.

• Additional processing time may be required by your bank or card issuer.

5. Exchanges:

• Exchanges are available for different sizes or items (subject to stock availability).

• If your requested item is out of stock, our team will help you with store credit, which can be used during your next purchase. 

• Exchange requests must also be submitted within 3 days of delivery via the Return or Exchange Form.

6.Processing Timeline​

• The complete process for return or exchange takes approximately 10–15 business days from the date of your request on the maximum side.
